This week I have completed my report that I have produced for the head teacher of Valentines high school to make them aware of the results I have gathered and how I have planned to organise the prom as the prom organiser. To complete this task, I had used a presentation (on Microsoft Powerpoint) as this was one of the most appropriate software available to me.
Milestone 1 (formal representation): I have ensured that the presentation of this report that I am creating is formal by using my language appropriately. I have attempted to use faultless grammar and accurate spelling to ensure it is formal which I believe I have achieved.
Milestone 2 (discussing results): I personally think that I have met this milestone and completed it successfully because I have explained what I have found out and then thoroughly explained the purpose of doing it and how it was done. I have also made it sufficiently detailed where possible as shown on the example on the image below. This is shows evidence of my thoroughly described results.
Milestone 3 (add a conclusion): I have also completed this task which was to add a conclusion onto my report as a brief overview of what has been said. Some of which I have created is exemplified below; the conclusions for some sections show here. I didn't face any difficulties here as I was only simplifying what I wrote on the other slide.
Milestone 4 (navigation): I think I had completed this very effectively. As my report was in the form of a power-point presentation, I chose to add hyperlinks to screenshots of every slide and add them on a contents page so the user could press on the slide they wanted to view through the hyperlink. The contents page for my report is illustrated on the on this entry.
