Week 11 Unit 3

Using the database I created, I have worked mainly on 2b select information. Specifically on producing the lists that have been asked from me to make. I have still yet to produce the mail merged letters that accompany most of the lists which I plan to complete next week. I also need to produce one more list relating to dietary requirements. 

I have first of all produced a list of students who have not paid in full showing the outstanding payment that remains to be paid. This is milestone 2 (for 2b select information) and my end result is shown below in the form of a screenshot; 

As you can see, all the students listed here have an outstanding amount that they still need to pay for. I have achieved this milestone simply by adding this criteria in design view of this specified query. One of the success criteria's linked to this milestone was that the amount they owe should also be clarified which can be shown on the screenshot. I have done this easily by adding this field into design view specifically asking that it shows on my query. 

The second query that I have created is milestone 5 (for 2b select information) which was to produce another list which showed students that have attended revision classes and the reduced amount that they had to pay. To achieve this I had added a criteria which stated that if both revision classes were 'yes' then the students results should be returned. This can be shown as follows; 

My results also have the reduced amount they now owe or need to have returned back which is represented by the (-). My results only returned the fields that I had specified in design view of the query.
