I have also accomplished a lot this week to. I have created a form with my database for easy data entry that is user-friendly as well as beginning my queries. I have used Microsoft access for both of these tasks.
Firstly my form, this was created with the overall aim to create a user-friendly method of data entry to help organise the prom better. As you can see, I have added a number of buttons to make the form more efficient along with different text to make it attractive. I will also describe and explain how I have created my form and the features within it under '2e develop information'. My form also provides further evidence of the relational database that has been produced from the box containing the student details with the parent one.
My queries have been created so that I could search the database and 'produce lists' that were specified within the candidate booklet. I will discuss more about these once I have actually created them providing evidence of each of them. This is along with the mail merge letters that I will create too.
